The Schaefer-Bloom Hawaii Lacrosse Camp is named in honor of Rudie Schaefer, founder of AYLA and Jay Bloom, founder of Hawaii Lacrosse.

Three days of fun in the sun!! Players will drill and receive instruction from former college players. We will start with warm-ups, followed by drills, break for lunch, and then scrimmages to end the day.

Our camp mission is to provide a fun, safe, educated and memorable lacrosse experience in one of the most beautiful places in the world, Waikiki, HI. Campers will do drills, relax for lunch on Kaimana Beach, followed by scrimmages under the tutelage of current and former college lacrosse players. The camp is suitable for beginners through advanced lacrosse players. Our camp coaches have been selected based on their highly impressive lacrosse resumes.

NAMED IN HONOR

…of the founder of Youth Lacrosse in Hawaii, Rudie Schaefer and the founder of the Hawaii Lacrosse Club, Jay Bloom. Rudie and Jay loved the game of lacrosse, but they loved sharing it with others even more. Spreading the love of the game is our top priority for the Schaefer-Bloom Hawaii Lacrosse Camp.
